You’ve invested an ocean of time and money into “trying to” acquire new talent for your organization, yet you haven’t been able to succeed in your plans. If this is just what you’re going through, you need some direction.

Build a support process
If you think having a support process in

failures in expectations even after you’ve tested things over and over again.
But, what you need here is patience. Gather up enough resources to be able to

Communicate frequently and effectively
For the first few weeks, it is advisable to
meet every day to review how things are working out, and send out a daily

report. This kind of regular communication will make things easier, and
stabilize the system. Once the new system is in place, you can then develop a
communication plan that doesn’t require everyday meetings, but can be timed in
a way to keep the users engaged and reported periodically.
Keep upgrading consistently
Have you included every possible feature
and option into your talent acquisition plan? Have your expanded to additional
regions or countries, or added new languages? Are there any additional
components you want to add, those that you haven’t been able to add in your
initial implementation? Answer all these questions, make a list, and build a
road map of what you want to do and when. Plan up 2-3 upgrades every year; but
before you do so, ensure to have the time and resources to execute the
elevations.
Provide training to both the old and new
When you plan a training program, you’re
more likely to focus on designing a plan for new hires coming into the
organization, isn’t it? But, don’t just stop there. Move further to provide
training for existing users too. Create short videos to provide additional
training at regular intervals. You can link to all such resources right from

Measure, understand, and improve
You need to keep measuring the success of
your new system implementation. Identify the candidate drop-off rates,
retention rates, and every feedback that’s coming your way. All of this will
help you understand where and how you need to improve, on what you’ve already
done. After all, your system shouldn’t be the same every year; it should evolve
over time.
It isn’t a piece of cake to implement a new
